Dove Valley, when purchasing catering and beverages package or cash bar option:

Baldwin room and gardens:  No rental fee with 100 guests or more 

Pomeroy room and gardens:  No rental fee with 150 guests or more, $650 with 100 to 149 guests

Add Fireside room to either room:   $650

Fees without catering quoted upon request...

Ken Caryl:

Roxborough room and gardens:    $1275-$1575 based on the month of the year with no room rental charge when purchasing catering during November, January, February, March and April.

Crestone Room and gardens:  $1885-$2185 based on the month of the year with no room rental charge when purchasing catering during November, January, February, March and April.

Add Fireside room to either room:  $750-$850

Midweek discounts are available on most room rentals Monday-Thursdays.

CATERING PRICING:

Both locations feature a great selection of menus that include all food, china, silver, linens, service staff and culinary staff, setup, service and clean up for groups of 100 guests or more from about $25 on up per person, plus 19% service and sales tax.    Sample menus are included in our full brochure, CLICK HERE to request a brochure.
